  One of the worse experiences I have ever had in a retail store. While sitting at the counter, the young lady answers the phone without excusing herself to me and proceeds to talk for 8 minutes. She never offered an apology for being rude. Then another salesperson shows up with another customer who needs a flash drive copied and she stops helping me, again without a word to me, and starts helping him. Both salespeople were shocked when I walked out. I will NEVER shop here again.
